- To respond to your enquiry and provide the mentorship, courses, or services you've asked about.
- To process and deliver your orders (including emailing your course or workbook files).
- To send you updates about the book, courses, and mentorship — only where you have signed up to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our website secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases
We rely on your consent for marketing emails, on performance of a contract to deliver products and services you buy, and on our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We only share data with trusted providers that help us run Goshen Base:
- Formspree — processes our sign-up form submissions.
- Stripe — processes payments securely.
- Our email provider — used to contact you and send updates.
- Hostinger — hosts our website.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and sign-up details for as long as you remain interested in hearing from us, and order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes (normally up to 6 years). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
